An avid promotor of Sustainable Infrastructure and Smart City Development. Dr. Shahid Mahmud has over four decades of transformative leadership in technology and infrastructure development. He is an expert at delivering actionable solutions for critical global challenges, particularly in sustainable infrastructure, smart cities, loT, and Al-driven platforms.

 

Engr. Dr. Shahid Mahmud serves as the Chairman of Beyond Future Group (BF Group), a pioneering organization offering innovative solutions across diverse sectors including IT, EdTech, Solar Energy, and Digital Marketing. Under his leadership, BF Group has expanded its focus on sustainable practices and cutting-edge technologies, delivering impactful projects in areas such as security surveillance, access control, and fiber optics infrastructure. With over four decades of transformative leadership, Dr. Mahmud brings a strategic vision that integrates innovation with sustainability, driving advancements that address critical societal challenges while fostering growth and excellence across industries.

Naheed Aminuddin

Director, BF Group


Naheed Aminuddin is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur, serving as the Director of BF Group since 2019. With extensive experience in beauty, hospitality, and creative industries, she has been instrumental in driving the organization’s growth and innovation.

She is the visionary behind Jahaan Restaurant in Gulmit, a unique dining destination blending local culture with modern elegance, and Islamabad’s first luxury beauty salon, which set new industry standards. Under her leadership, Jahaan Gulmit has expanded into a chain of restaurants, including Jahaan Khunjerab, Jahaan Gilgit, and Jahaan Shigar, with each establishment reflecting the same commitment to excellence, cultural authenticity, and innovative dining experiences.

Her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit extend to interior design, catering, and custom textile creations. Naheed holds a BA in Political Science and Literature from Federal College for Women, Islamabad, and a certification in Cosmetology from the Ray Cochrane School, UK.

Her leadership has positioned BF Group as a trailblazer in its industries, delivering excellence and fostering meaningful client experiences.

Irfan Jalal

Director & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Irfan Jalal is a highly experienced IT professional with over 20 years of expertise spanning cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has led complex technology initiatives across both public and private sectors, combining deep technical proficiency with a practical understanding of governance, risk, and compliance. His work consistently bridges the gap between secure system design and operational efficiency.

 

He is a certified CISM® (Certified Information Security Manager), PMP® (Project Management Professional), AWS DevOps Engineer, and a Meta Certified Digital Marketing & Measurement Expert. These diverse certifications highlight his unique ability to operate at the intersection of technical execution and strategic impact — from managing infrastructure and automation pipelines to leveraging digital insights for business growth.

 

Irfan’s leadership is marked by his calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and his ability to mentor cross-functional teams. With a strong belief in continuous improvement and purposeful innovation, he remains committed to building tech ecosystems that are secure, scalable, and aligned with the broader mission of sustainable progress.

AAMIR MANSOOR

Director, BF Group

Mr Aamir Mansoor is an international businessman with over 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
A highly respected philanthropist with generational ties in his homeland of Pakistan, Aamir has also been instrumental in a number of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects that have bought multiple benefits to the country.
In 2009 Aamir was keen to further his extensive philanthropic work with a focus on education for the poor and poverty alleviation and became one of the founder members of Indus Delta Capital. Aamir has leveraged his encyclopaedic knowledge of Pakistan. The political arena to help Indus Delta Capital navigate the various institutions to raise awareness of the UN REDD programme.
Aamir also provided funding for the Indus Delta REDD+ project for initial project activities and has continued to source funding avenues to help maintain momentum.
Aamir remains the country lead for the project.

Brig. (R) Sardar Sajjad Hussain

Director, BF Group

A seasoned leader with over three decades of distinguished service in Pakistan Army Aviation, where he commanded key units, led operational missions, and contributed to national security and humanitarian relief. Transitioning from the military to the corporate sector, he has established himself as a visionary entrepreneur, serving as Managing Director of Bukhari Group and CEO of TechGIS Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering geospatial and AI solutions provider delivering large-scale cadastral mapping, smart infrastructure, and digital transformation projects. His dual expertise in disciplined governance and cutting-edge technology enables him to drive sustainable enterprise growth and innovation. At Beyond Future Group, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Group’s portfolio in IT, energy, and infrastructure, ensuring forward-looking solutions that align with the evolving needs of Pakistan and beyond.

Dr. Ghazna Khalid

Advisor, BF Group

Dr. Ghazna Khalid is a distinguished healthcare professional and public health expert, serving as an Advisor to BF Group. With over 20 years of experience, she is recognized for her contributions to maternal and child health, public policy, and health system strengthening.

Dr. Khalid has collaborated extensively with international organizations such as the World Bank, UNHCR, and WHO, leading strategic initiatives to improve health outcomes in Pakistan and beyond. Her work includes advising on the National Health Support Program (NHSP) and spearheading innovations in healthcare delivery and policy implementation.

A graduate of Imperial College London with an MBBS and an MD from University College London, Dr. Khalid brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to BF Group, driving impactful solutions for health and human development.

Kashif Kabeer

Director Special Projects, BF Group

Kashif Kabeer is a Professional Mechanical Engineer specializing in marine engineering, with strong experience in defense and public-sector projects. He has provided expert dredging consultancy and served as Technical Advisor for the Tarbela Dam uplifting and mineral extraction project under SIFC. A certified PMP, he has led various national and multinational projects in port infrastructure, HVAC and refrigeration, operations and maintenance, and indigenous engineering development.

He is an experienced defense contractor and currently works as Project Coordinator for IIW Industrial Complex Engineers & Contractors at Pakistan Refinery Limited. As a marine solutions consultant, he supports government and private organizations, including SIFC and disaster management authorities, and collaborates with global partners such as Kelvin Controls and Wavesave (Slamdam), Netherlands to deliver specialized technical solutions.

HAMMAD AMER HASHMI

Director Solar, BF Group

Hammad Amer Hashmi is the Director Solar at Beyond Future Group, with over 33 years of experience in Pakistan’s power and energy sector. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Finance & Accounting, and an M.Phil. in Economics, and has served in senior leadership roles including CEO of Central Power Generation Company Limited (GENCO-II) and Director General (MIRAD) at TESCO, contributing significantly to power sector reforms and strategic planning.

 

At Beyond Future Group, he leads the solar and renewable energy initiatives, overseeing project development, feasibility studies, grid integration, and regulatory coordination. His expertise ensures the delivery of reliable, sustainable, and commercially viable solar solutions aligned with national energy goals.

Under his leadership, BF Group has expanded its portfolio into security surveillance, IoT solutions, and renewable energy systems, strengthening its position as a trusted provider of modern, technology-driven services.
